The Program: An interactive, after-school homework assistance program for children in K - 8th grade conducted Monday through Thursday at all club sites by Club staff.
The Goal:All Club Members will complete their homework daily so that they are prepared for the following day’s schoolwork.
The Results: 100% of Club Members completed their homework.
The Program: An interactive educational tool designed to eliminate “Summer Slide”, the reading loss experienced by children during the summer months.
The Goal:The national goal was a 0% reading loss so that children returned to school in September at the same reading level that they left in June.
The Results: Over 85% of our Club Participants increased their reading ability and started their school year ahead of the curve.
The Program: An online tutoring service for children
with grades of C or below that uses a personalized learning engine that combines thought provoking learning activities with fun and motivational games tailored to meet individual learning needs.
The Goal: Identify children who are struggling academically and provide the tools for them to improve their grades.
The Results: The average grade for all participants increased 33 percentage points for Language Arts and 25 percentage points for Math between October 2013
and February 2014.
